Pair the Mediterranean Shrimp and Linguine on page 21 with the bright and flavorful Springtime Tossed Salad. It goes well with the pasta, but would be fantastic with grilled pork, too.

Try Parmesan Basil Biscuits with Anytime Frittata on page 19, or serve the light and tasty gems when company is coming.

On page 21, we served Soy-Ginger Grilled Swordfish with Spicy Crunchy Veggies. You could also serve the swordfish with Pineapple-Papaya Slaw found here and on page 43.

Found on page 23, Grilled Jerk Turkey is accompanied with Colorful Rice Medley. The rice features carrots onions and a surprise ingredient, steak sauce.
