A Spread with Lovely Layers
The layers in your Pesto Cream Cheese Spread can look as lovely as the photo above if you have a little extra time.
Here's the trick: After evenly spreading 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture in the prepared pan, cover and refrigerate until firm. Evenly spread a third of the Parmesan cheese mixture on top; cover and refrigerate until firm. Repeat layers as the recipe directs, making sure each layer is flat and even, and refrigerating after adding each layer.
