I brew sun tea indoors all year long. I have a 1-gallon glass jar that I fill with hot water. I put in six individual tea bags and let it sit on the counter for 3-4 hours. Then I remove the tea bags and refrigerate the tea. This is very economical, and the results are better tasting than when using the “cold-brew” tea bags. —Theresa Atwood, Lafayette, Indiana
