Serving-Size Ice Cream

Here’s a trick I used when my grandchildren were little and visited me often. When I bought ice cream, I’d let it sit in the refrigerator until soft, then I scooped servings into several 6-ounce plastic containers with lids. Having the serving-size portions in the freezer saved time and cut down on the mess when the grandkids wanted ice cream.
