Quick Oatmeal

For a quick, economical breakfast, I make up a big batch of oatmeal. I thin it a bit with water and cool it, then pour it into ice cube trays. Once the cubes are frozen, I pop them out and store them in a freezer bag. For a fast morning meal, I heat as many cubes as I need and mix with sugar and milk. —Barbara Franklin, Topeka, Kansas
