Pizza Dough

Pressing pizza dough on greased pans can be a challenge. My dough usually shrinks during baking, forming some unusual shapes. I’ve discovered that if I make sure there’s no grease on the outer edges or rim of the pan, the dough stays put and makes a nice round crust. —Mary Gensinger, Port St. Lucie, Florida
