Microwaved Pepperoni

I love cooking with pepperoni, but it's greasy. So I place the pepperoni on a microwave-safe paper towel-lined plate, then cover it with another paper towel. I microwave the pepperoni for about 30 seconds on high, remove it and blot out the grease. The pepperoni tastes much better and has less fat. —Tracy Crawford, Sioux City, Iowa
