Honey Mustard Pork Chops

I used to marinate pork chops in a honey-mustard dressing for 8 hours, dip them in egg, bread them and fry them. After forgetting to marinate them on one occasion, I skipped the egg and just dipped the chops into the honey-mustard dressing before breading them. The chops turned out so juicy that now my family insists I prepare them this way. The dressing still adds a lot of flavor without the lengthy marinating time. —Michele Shaw, Union, New Jersey
