Grilled Bacon

To avoid the lingering odor of fried bacon in the house, I cook it on the outdoor grill. I place the bacon strips in a disposable aluminum pie plate and place it on the grill. Not only does this allow me to take advantage of pleasant weather, but cleanup is a snap, too.
