Food Processed Pickles

I like to add chopped sweet pickles to my tuna, chicken and egg salads. But cutting up all those pickles gets tiresome, so I use my food processor to mince an entire jar at once. I process the pickles in batches, adding a few tablespoons of pickle juice to each batch. I return the minced pickles to the jar with just enough juice to cover them. When I need chopped pickles, I just spoon out a bit and drain the juice by pressing the spoon against the inside of the jar. —Shirl Turner, Memphis, Tennessee
