When I have a bunch of celery with nice leaves, I cut off the leaves, wash and drain them, and place on a cookie sheet. I dry the leaves in my oven, then crush and store in a jar. They add nice celery flavoring when I don’t have fresh celery on hand. —Joan Pearson, Kingman, Indiana
