To butter corn on the cob, I place a few tablespoons of butter or margarine in a 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish and add the hot corn. Simply roll the corn in the butter and serve in the dish. —Debby Kramer, St. Louis, Missouri
If goat cheese is not to your liking, try queso fresco or any other crumbly cheese such as feta. Parmesan is also good, and even though it won't spread well, you can sprinkle the mixture on.
