Basil Spaghetti Sauce

Instead of chopping the fresh basil from our garden to add to my spaghetti sauce, I place several leaves in plastic bags and freeze them. I simply take out a handful of the frozen leaves and crumble them into the sauce. —Betty Dali, Modesto, California
