Memorable Meat Loaf

“Everyone who tries my meat loaf asks what’s in it,” pens Mel Terpstra of Didsbury, Alberta. “I always add about 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg for each pound of hamburger. I also do this for meatballs, and the taste is hard to beat. It’s a trick I learned from my mother-in-law.”
