Corn Bread Waffles

Pat Hinton found a new way to serve her corn bread. “I thinned the batter from a boxed mix and poured it onto a hot waffle iron,” explains the McComb, Mississippi baker. “The crispy result was beyond compare, particularly for my husband, whose favorite part of corn bread is the golden crust.”
