Serving BLTs for a Bunch

When I plan to serve breakfast or BLT sandwiches to a crowd, I cook the bacon the day before and keep it in the refrigerator. When I need it, I just heat it in the oven while I’m getting other things ready. This really cuts down the fuss and mess at mealtime. —Ann F., Lyndonville, Vermont
