Zesty Chicken Bake

I was recently left with vegetables, gravy and half of a roasted chicken after dinner. I didn’t want any of it to go to waste so I de-boned the chicken and threw it into a blender with the vegetables and gravy. I added enough milk for a soupy consistency and included a dash of salt, cumin and cayenne pepper. I pureed everything and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Before dinner the following day, I added a can of corn and a can of tomatoes and green chilies to the chicken mixture. I poured it over cooked noodles and popped it in the oven to heat through.
