Veggies Revisited

"For a tasty marinated vegetable salad, I combine leftover cooked veggies such as broccoli, green beans, squash and carrots. I add a minced garlic clove, a sliced onion, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and Italian or ranch dressing, then chill until serving," says Dawn Lowenstein of Hatboro, Pennsylvania.
