Swift Shrimp Snacks

My mom came up with this quick snack for my dad while he was watching Sunday football. She cut leftover Italian or French bread into slices, then cut the slices in half. She put leftover cooked shrimp on each piece of bread and covered it with a slice of Velveeta. She popped these under the broiler until the cheese melted. Everyone loved them.
