Steak Strips with Veggies

After a party, we had quite a bit of leftover grilled marinated steak and vegetables. We put some into hard rolls to make sandwiches, but still had some left. So I sauteed the veggies in olive oil, added sliced steak strips and seasoned the mixture with garlic powder, oregano and basil. When everything was warmed through, I put the mixture over hot cooked rice. Everyone loved it and nothing went to waste. —Annaclaire Crocco, Waterbury, Connecticut
