On a cold winter day, my family and I love this heartwarming soup made with leftover scalloped potatoes. I place the potatoes in a saucepan and add milk, chicken bouillon and grated carrots. I sprinkle a few parsley flakes over the top and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes. Before I know it, I have a great-tasting homemade soup.
