Hassle-Free Hash

The recipe for this hearty roast beef hash has been passed down in my family for four generations. We cut leftover beef into cubes and combine them with sliced red potatoes and chopped onion in a skillet with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Everything is fried until the potatoes are tender.
