Powdered Buttermilk

When I didn’t have the 3 cups of buttermilk called for in a bread recipe, I used powdered buttermilk blend (found near the powdered milk in many grocery stores). I mixed the powdered buttermilk with the dry ingredients and added water with the other liquids, as suggested on the container. It worked great! Jean N., Berkey, Ohio
