Healthy Kettle Corn
I love kettle corn, but I know that the high fat content and calories aren’t good for me. So I came up with a healthier version.
I pop the popcorn in an air popper. As I layer each batch in the bowl, I spritz the kernels with butter-flavored cooking spray and alternately sprinkle on light layers of Equal and Morton Light Salt. This has the same great flavor as the traditional kettle corn, but it’s better for me. Linda B., Livingston, Texas
