Gelatin Shapes

To make sugar-free gelatin more appealing, I came up with this fun way to serve it. I found ice cube trays that are shaped like a variety of fruits at a local discount store. I spritz the trays with nonstick cooking spray. After mixing the gelatin with water according to package directions, I use a turkey baster to fill the trays. Then I place them in the refrigerator to set. The cute gelatin shapes slip right out of the trays and make a great snack or dessert. Anna Victoria R., Albuquerque, New Mexico
