Frozen Yogurt Cups

Freeze a variety of low-fat yogurt flavors in a nonstick muffin pan, then remove the yogurt cups when they’re frozen and store in a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag in the freezer. When you’re making milk shakes or fruit smoothies, add one or two of the yogurt cups to the blender. They add cool, creamy nutrition to your shakes.
