I’ve found that skinned and boned chicken breasts cooked in sauce can be quite bland. The sauce flavor doesn’t seem to penetrate the meat very well. Often, I’ll cut the chicken in strips or cubes instead. The sauce coats the smaller pieces better…and we enjoy a tastier meal. M.J.R., Morgantown, West Virginia
