When my family is in a rush for dinner and we are having corn, I put the corn cobs (husk and all) in the microwave for about 2-1/2 minutes per cob. The husks seal in the freshness and steam the corn at the same time. My family loves corn cooked this way. Plus we don’t have a big mess after dinner either.
