Binder Cookbook

When I get my magazine issue, I literally tear it apart! I carefully tear out each page and place it in a separate plastic page protector, then place them in order in a three-ring binder. Now the recipes are protected from spills and grease splatters while I’m cooking. It’s easier to flip through the pages this way—and I never have to worry about ruining any of the recipes. —Michele Herbon, Marysville, Ohio
