Making Elegant Chicken Roll-Ups
Place a chicken breast inside a resealable plastic bag or under plastic wrap. Lightly pound chicken with a meat mallet to flatten evenly.
Place desired filling (about 2-3 tablespoons) in the center and roll up.
Secure with toothpicks. Then dip in egg mixture or butter.
Coat all sides of each chicken roll-up with the coating of your choice.
