Making A Ice Ring

You can use whatever size and shape tube cake pan or gelatin mold you have on hand. (For the ice ring shown hear, we used an 8-in. star tube pan.) For this layered look, add water to the pan; arrange fruit in pan and freeze. Repeat until you have as many layers as you want. For faster preparation, add all the water to pan; arrange fruit on top. Freeze
