Make Tempura Rolls

Cover sushi mat with plastic wrap as directed in recipe. Spread nuts evenly over plastic wrap, then spread cooked rice evenly over nuts.

Arrange filling ingredients in a tight pile in the lower third of the rectangle.

Using the sushi mat and rolling away from you, roll up the tempura roll.

Press roll into a compact rectangular log. Cut into slices, as directed in the recipe.
