Lining a Baking Pan with Foil
To easily remove bars and brownies from the pan, first line it with foil. Cut a piece of foil that is piece of foil that is larger than the pan. Turn the pan upside down and mold the foil around the bottom and sides of the pan. Remove the foil, turn the pan right side up and place the formed foil in the pan, allowing the foil to extend beyond the edges of the pan.
Grease the foil, add the batter and bake as directed. After bars or brownies are completely cooled, lift the foil out of the pan.
