How-to Quickly Decorate Cookies
Want fancy cutouts fast? Whisk 2 cups confectioners' sugar with 1/3 cup evaporated milk to create a quick icing you can use for the decorating ideas here:
Cut a small hole in a corner of a freezer bag. Fill it with plain icing (or icing tinted with food coloring) and drizzle away.
Simple dip the tops of cookies into the bowl of icing. Decorate the dipped cookies with colored sugar or sprinkles.
Create a marbled look. Dip the cook tips in plain icing, pipe on lines of tinted icing and drag a toothpick through the lines.
