How to Make Yeast Breads using Rapid Mixing
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour (about 2 cups), sugar, active dry or quick-rise yeast, salt and any seasonings.
In a saucepan, heat the liquid ingredients (water, milk, honey, molasses, and butter or oil) to 120°-130°. Add dry ingredients; beat just until moistened.
Add any eggs; beat until smooth. Gradually stir in enough of the remaining flour to bring dough to the desired consistency.
