Roll each thawed dinner roll into a 9-in. rope on a lightly floured surface. Tie each rope into a knot as shown above. Tuck and pinch ends under. Place rolls 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Combine a lightly beaten egg with 1 Tbsp. water; brush over knots. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
