How-to Make Fresh Spring Rolls
Soak spring roll wrapper in cool water for 1 minute. Place wrapper in front of you so it's in a diamond position. Spoon 1 Tbsp. of filling near the bottom corner of the wrapper.
Fold bottom corner of wrapper over filling and press down gently. Fold left and right corners in toward the center (it should resemble an envelope) and gently press to seal. Continue rolling up with a tuck-and-roll motion to the top of the wrapper and gently press to seal.
