How-to Line a Baking Pan with Waxed Paper
To easily remove cake from a pan, consider lining the pan with waxed paper. Place pan on a piece of waxed paper. Trace the shape of the pan onto the waxed paper, then cut out. Grease the pan; place the waxed paper in the pan and grease the paper. Remove the paper as soon as the baked cake is inverted onto a wire rack to cool.
