How-To Dice Zucchini

Using a sharp chef's knife, cut off the ends. Then cut a think slice off the bottom to create a flat surface. Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-in. planks.

Lay slices flat and cut lengthwise into 1/4-inc. thick strips. Then slice the strips widthwise into 1/4-in. pieces.
