How-to Bake Meatballs & Meatloaves

Place shaped meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400° until no longer pink, about 20 minutes for 11/2-in. meatballs

For meat loaf, insert an instant-read thermometer in the center of the loaf near the end of the baking time. When it reads 160°, the meat loaf is done. After baking, drain any fat. Let the meat loaf stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
