Homemade Flatbread In Just Three Steps

After letting the dough for the flatbread wraps rise until doubled, use your fist to punch it down.

Next, turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface; divide into four portions. Roll each into an 8-in. circle.

Cook each portion in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray for 30-60 seconds or until bubbles form on top. Turn and cook until the second side is golden brown.
