Danish Crispies Flatten with Palm

Roll out dough according to recipe directions on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper. Spread with butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar to within 1/4 inc. or edges. Roll u tightly, starting with a short side; pinch to seal. Cut into 1/2-in. slices.

Place on greased baking sheets (dour to six slice per sheet). Cover with waxed paper and flatten with palm of hand.
