Create Chocolate Ribbons
Combine 8 oz. melted white candy coating and 1 Tbsp. oil. Using a small offset spatula, spread mixture thinly in an 8-in. length on freezer paper. Dry slightly; trim edges to form an inch-wide ribbon. Peel ribbon from paper and fold into a loop as shown. Repeat, making 13 loops as shown. Repeat, making 13 loops. Secure loops to top of frosted cake using a dab of frosting.
