Baking Meatballs & Meat Loaves
Place shaped meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400° until no longer pink, about 20 minutes for 1-1/2-in. meatballs.
Insert an instant-read thermometer in the center of the meat loaf near the end of the baking time. When it reads 160°, the meat loaf is down. After baking, drain any fat. Let the meat loaf stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
