Lining Baking Pans with Paper

To easily remove baked goods from pans, line the pan with parchment or waxed paper. Place the pan on a large piece of paper. Trace the shape of the pan onto the paper, then cut out. Grease the pan; place the paper in the pan and grease it. Remove the paper as soon as the baked good is removed to a wire rack to cool.
