Meat Loaf Ring

Here’s a fun way to freeze meat loaf and enhance its appearance at the same time. Simply press the meat mixture into a ring mold and freeze it. Once the meat loaf is frozen, pop it out of the ring mold and wrap it for freezer storage. To prepare the frozen loaf, place it in a baking pan and add at least 15 minutes to its cooking time.
