Mashed Potatoes

I didn’t think it was possible to freeze mashed potatoes. But when we had some left over, I couldn’t bear to throw them away. I put them in a freezer bag, squeezed all of the air out and popped the bag in the freezer. When I reheated them with butter and stirred them well, they were as good as fresh! —Terry Bray, Winter Haven, Florida
