Storing Eggs

According to the American Egg Board, fresh eggs can be stored in their carton in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 weeks beyond the pack date. Some manufacturers stamp their cartons with a date 30 days beyond the pack date.

Unpeeled hard-cooked eggs will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Once shelled, the eggs should be used right away.
