It's time to set sail for a new contest where the healthiest catch could net you $600 cash! Fish and seafood are great choices for proper nutrition and have a variety of healthful benefits.
In fact, the American Heart Association recommends eating fish an average of twice a week. With that in mind, we're casting our nets for your very best dishes!
We're looking for a spectrum of seafood recipes, from stuffed shrimp appetizers to that special glazed salmon entree. We'd also like to try tasty crab or tuna salads, pasta dishes, gumbos and stews as well as marinated seafood recipes. As long as your recipe features seafood and it's healthy, you're in!
See the two ways to enter (below). Entries for the "A Healthy Catch" contest must be postmarked by May 15, 2010. Winners will be announced in our February/March 2011 issue.

Runners-up: A 1-year subscription or gift subscription to Healthy Cooking
You may enter more than one recipe. If you email or mail your recipe, be sure to print the name of the contest as well as your full name, street address and phone number, including area code, with each entry. Be specific with measurements, directions and the size of cans, packages and pans so others can successfully make your recipe. Include a few words about the origin of your recipe. Share any compliments it's received, plus any variations you recommend. If any duplicates are received, the entries with the earliest postmarks will be considered.
