Versatile Meat Loaf
Meat loaf is one of my favorite leftovers because it’s so handy. I often make more than what we will eat so I can freeze the leftovers. I crumble it up to use in spaghetti, chili, tacos, soup and as extra beef topping on homemade or frozen pizzas.
